Built before WWII, it is said that the original owner went bankrupt. The second owner died in the house. It is said that seven Catholic nuns were executed here during the Japanese occupation and neighbours regularly complain about peculiar sounds. A woman who lived here in the 70s said she often saw a 'ghost child' with thick matted hair and wearing a white lace nightgown and heard her crying.
