Food Trucks Roll Out

The first three of 16 food trucks in Hong Kong start operating
on Friday. Book Brothers, running 'Bao and Buns' at Golden
Bauhinia Square, is known for its American-style barbecue
meat in steamed buns.

My favourite being the Peking Duck Bun, with tasty meat and.
sweet sauce, hitting the right spot. However, services need
to be improved. The prepared buns sat on the counter too
long and were cold by the time they were delivered.
