installation originated from Seoul, Korea - lights up Central Waterfront
Promenade in Hong Kong 14-16 February. It will be moved to the adjacent
Tamar Park 20-22 February.

25,000 white roses, made of LED lights, illuminate starting 6 pm and bridge
the romantic vibe for Valentine's Day of the West and Lantern Festival
(Chinese Valentine's Day) of the East on 22 February.

Menara Gardens

The Menara Gardens are located to the west of Marrakech, Morocco, at the
gates of the Atlas mountains. They were established in the 12th century
(c 1130) by the Almohad ruler Abd al-Mu'min. The pavilion and basin

Bab Bou Jeloud of Fes

Bab Bou Jeloud (The Blue Gate) is a beautiful monumental gate built in 1913
which is the main entrance to Fez el-Bali, the UNESCO World Heritage
old Medina in Fes, Morocco.

Fes was the capital of modern Morocco until 1925. University of al-Qarawiyyin,
founded in 859, is the oldest continuously functioning madrasa in the world.
The city has been called the 'Mecca of the West' and the 'Athens of Africa'.

20 year-old Fati ha Zahoui, a second year medical student from Rabat - the
capital of Morocco, is showing off her henna on the train going home
from Marrakesh.

Henna is the dye prepared from the henna tree used in the art of temporary
body art (staining). Henna has been used since antiquity to dye skin, hair
and fingernails, as well as fabrics including silk, wool and leather.
