Project Homeless Connect 10 - San Francisco - April 13, 2006
of
Project Homeless Connect
(PHC) is an initiative by Mayor Gavin Newsom of San Francisco to improve access to services
for the homeless in the city. Thousands of volunteers, businesses and non-profit communities work together to provide services.
It is now adopted by over 20 cities nationwide. Over 6,000 homeless had been fed, massaged and helped
into welfare services or housing in just one day during the National Homeless Connect in December 8, 2005.
I'm proud to be a PHC volunteer.
